- There will be 36 weeks of instruction and classes throughout the year, divided into 3 equal payment terms.
- To secure a spot in a class, clients must include a Visa or MasterCard number with all online registrations. This card information is safely stored by Stripe and installments are charged to the number on file.
- Clients Pre-Registering will be invoiced and charged a non-refundable deposit of $25/class at the time of enrollment. The remaining balance for Term 1 Payments will be auto charged on June 1, 2026.
- Clients Registering after Jun. 1, 2026 and before Aug. 10, 2026 will be invoiced and charged a non-refundable deposit of $25/class at the time of enrollment. The remaining balance for Term 1 Payments will be auto charged on Aug. 10, 2026.
Clients Registering after Aug. 10, 2026 and before Aug. 24, 2026 will be invoiced and charged the full amount of Term 1. Tuition paid after August 10, 2026 is non-refundable.
Clients Registering after Aug. 24, 2026 will be charged a non-refundable prorated tuition amount to reflect missed classes in that payment term.
- If a student wishes to withdraw from a class, Aria Dance Academy must receive written notice 14 days before the next term begins: by Aug. 10, 2026 for Term 1 – by Nov. 2, 2026 for Term 2 – by Feb. 15, 2027 for Term 3. If written notice is received, cards will not be auto charged. Exceptions may only be made to Aria Dance Academy’s refund policy if a doctor’s note has been received.
- If a student is switching to another dance class, program transfers can be easily accommodated as long as the move is made before December 1, 2025, and providing there is space available in the new class.
- An $85 + tax /class recital costume fee is due and auto charged on Jan. 1, 2027. If a dancer will not be participating in the recital, Aria Dance Academy must be notified by Jan. 1, 2027. If notice is received, cards will not be auto charged for costumes.
- For insurance purposes, it is mandatory for parents and/or guardians to sign and agree to the Aria Dance Academy “Release of Liability” included online and/or with the registration form. Dancers will not be allowed to participate in class until this form has been signed and returned.
