“P A Y M E N T   T E R M S   &   C O N D I T I O N S”

  • There will be 36 weeks of instruction and classes throughout the year, divided into 3 equal payment terms.
  • To secure a spot in a class, clients must include a Visa or MasterCard number with all online and paper registrations. This card information is safely stored by Aria Dance Academy and installments are charged to the number on file. 
  • Clients paying by Visa or MasterCard will be automatically billed on Aug 18, 2025, or today’s date (if registering after Aug. 18). Two additional installments are automatically charged on November 17, 2025, and February 23, 2026.
  • If a student wishes to withdraw from a class, Aria Dance Academy must receive written before the next payment is due; before Aug. 18, 2025 for Term 1, before Nov. 17, 2025 for Term 2, and before Feb. 23, 2026 for Term 3. If written notice is received, cards will not be billed. Exceptions may only be made to Aria Dance Academy’s refund policy if a doctor’s note has been received.
  • If a student is switching to another dance class, program transfers can be easily accommodated as long as the move is made before December 1, 2025, and providing there is space available in the new class.
  • A $100/class recital costume fee is due Nov. 1, 2025. If a dancer will not be participating in the recital, Aria Dance Academy must be notified by December 1, 2025, for a full refund to be issued.
  • For insurance purposes, it is mandatory for parents and/or guardians to sign and agree to the Aria Dance Academy “Release of Liability” included online and/or with the registration form. Dancers will not be allowed to participate in class until this form has been signed and returned.
